Ingredients
2 piece Ripe bananas
2 piece Eggs
150 g All-purpose flour
120 ml Milk
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 pinch Pinch of salt

Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth. Whisk in eggs and milk.

Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix — lumps are fine.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook 1 more minute.

Serve stacked with maple syrup and sliced banana.
