Ingredients

1 piece Romaine lettuce

50 g Parmesan

2 piece Sourdough bread

2 piece Garlic cloves

4 piece Anchovy fillets

1 piece Egg yolk

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

80 ml Olive oil

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Tear bread into chunks, toss with olive oil and garlic, and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes until golden croutons form.

Mash anchovies and garlic into a paste. Whisk with egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify into a creamy dressing. Season to taste.

Tear romaine into large pieces. Toss with dressing, croutons, and shaved Parmesan.
