Ingredients
280 g All-purpose flour
230 g Butter (softened)
200 g Brown sugar
100 g White sugar
2 piece Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
340 g Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line baking trays with parchment paper.
Beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until combined.
Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto trays, spaced 5cm apart.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centres look slightly underdone. Cool on tray 5 minutes before moving.
