The ultimate classic pizza — thin, crispy base with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil.

Ingredients
300 g Strong bread flour
7 g Instant yeast
1 tsp Salt
200 ml Warm water
2 tbsp Olive oil
200 g San Marzano tomatoes
200 g Fresh mozzarella
10 piece Fresh basil
Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and olive oil. Knead 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and prove 1 hour.
Preheat oven to its highest setting (250°C+) with a baking tray or pizza stone inside.
Crush tomatoes by hand. Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. No cooking needed.
Stretch dough by hand into a thin round. Do not use a rolling pin.
Spread tomato sauce, tear over mozzarella, and slide onto the hot tray.
Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is blistered and cheese is bubbling. Top with fresh basil.
