Ingredients
2 piece Sourdough bread
1 piece Ripe avocado
1 tbsp Lemon juice
0.5 tsp Chilli flakes
2 piece Eggs
1 to taste Salt and pepper
1 tsp Olive oil
Instructions

Toast sourdough slices until golden and crispy.

Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Keep it slightly chunky.

Poach eggs in gently simmering water with a splash of vinegar for 3 minutes.

Spread avocado on toast, top with poached egg, chilli flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
